    Haley is a thoughtful, creative stylist who’s all about helping people feel fully themselves through their hair. Whether she’s crafting bold, alternative cuts like shags or giving classic long layers the perfect bouncy blowout, Haley works collaboratively to create styles that
    reflect each client’s most authentic self. She also enjoys services from soft balayages to bold, transformative colors.

    In her free time, Haley can be found crocheting, watching YouTube, listening to music, or reading at the park.

    SALON OWNER / STYLIST

    Amy has been a stylist for over 20 years. "I can't imagine doing anything but hair. My clients are like my family, and some of them I’ve been doing my entire career!"

    Amy specializes in working on natural balayages and highlights, redheads, gray coverage, and deep rich brunettes. For cuts, she excels at shags, bobs, and long layers with natural texture/curly/wavy/thick & fuzzy hair. Whatever she ends up working on with her clients, she always spends the time on a thorough consultation so you're both on the same page before shears or color ever touch a strand of hair.

    SALON OWNER

    Hello, I’m Howie! I run the biz side of things. While you wouldn’t want me cutting your hair, I love getting creative w/other things like salon decor/vibe, building the front desk, creating our neon sign, and this website. My favorite part of the job is working the front desk when I can.

    I grew up in small business, and left a great software job at Tableau to open Red Chair. I’m a cat dad to “The Duke” and dog dad to a handsome devil named “KoZmO” & a wild, sweet girl named “Starla”. I grew up in Seattle, love writing & playing music. Being a business owner and part of a great team of people that improves people’s lives can be very rewarding.

    Hi I’m Liesl! I’m a dog mom to the fabulous Dahlia Mae 🐾 | When I'm not working, you’ll find me paddle boarding, at the dog park, or binge-watching Seinfeld, Real Housewives, or Love After Lockup. I’m all about baking, cooking, and sneaking off to the beach to unplug. Fueled by Red Bull and soy matcha vanilla lattes. ☕☀️🐶

    Lunch Supervisor

    Sidney served dutifully as our beloved lunch supervisor for over 14 years. 

    She has retired to sunshine, green pastures, and butterflies. She touched the lives of thousands, and will live in our hearts forever.
